Understanding instructions
Objectives : By the end of the lesson you will have
• guessed the sources of different types of instructions
• identified verbs used for giving instructions

A In pairs name some of the containers that hold household and other commonly used stuff.
Most of the containers that we buy these days have some sort of instruction written on them. Read the following instructions and identify which ones are related to (1) food, (2) cosmetics, (3) toiletries, (4) medicine, (5) chemicals.
